Patient Feedback


We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our amazing patients who participated in our online survey in late 2020.

We love being about to support our community, so to receive such positive feedback from you all is extremely heart-warming. Our staff are always striving to offer you the best possible service and it means a lot that you can see that.

Two topics a couple of patients made us aware of through this process were regarding our fees and our availability over the weekends. So we wanted to take the time to discuss this with you.

Fees: Such a tricky topic. As much as we would like to be bulk billed, we just can’t operate the type of service we do at the high standard we aim for as a bulk billed or low cost service. It has been mentioned that we are more expensive that other practices in the area, but we are actually comparable and we come to your home

Weekends: We know this is a big one for a lot of our patients and something we hope to one day be able to offer again. Currently we do not have the ability to open on weekends. But we continue to search for more GPs and with more GPs gives us more opportunities to open other hours.
